Bio

Andy Kellock got his BS in physics in 1981 and his PhD in physics in 1987
from LaTrobe University in Melbourne, Australia. Since then he has worked
at IBM's Almaden Research Center in San Jose, CA. His current position is
Advisory Scientist in the Materials Analysis & Characterization Department.
He has published over 30 papers in the areas of thin films, polymers and
ion beams.
