Steve Suhring - WAO'98 Abstract

   The methods of maintenance, repair, and upgrades to the Continuous
   Electron Beam Accelerator Facility in Newport News, Virginia, USA
   will be presented.  The approach used is based upon a two-week run
   cycle followed by a one shift maintenance period.  The rationale
   and results of this approach will be discussed and a brief look at
   the maintenance structure will be shown.  Means for improving
   machine availability will be presented including record keeping of
   downtime, compilation of data, dissemination of findings, and
   allocation of resources.
