Each registration INCLUDES one banquet ticket for the registrant only.
For credit cards, funds will be drawn in Canadian dollars.

30-APR-1998. Early registration is over. We are no longer able to guarantee banquet tickets to registrants, let alone to their companions. Send in your banquet ticket requests AND your payments and you stand a chance of getting a banquet ticket. Each registration normally includes a banquet ticket, and we will give refunds on this and any other banquet tickets purchased which we are unable to supply.

As of 15-April-1998 there will be a $25 administration fee on each cancellation.
There will be no refunds on cancellations after Thurdsay 14-May-1998.

Depending on how you have your broswer configured, it may choose to download these to disk or view them with a plug-in viewer.

If you have problems printing these to a monochrome printer, remember to select monochrome in your printer options. Or, you could try printing on a color printer.
